GROUP & EVENT FACILITY LEASE / RENTAL AGREEMENTS Every group that has to sign a lease or a contract with a meeting hall or facility MUST give the lease/contract to the GSA Board of Directors (BOD) for review and acceptance BEFORE signing any agreement.
